Iogen Energy slashes 150 jobs

Iogen Energy says it will cut 150 jobs from the firm as it shelves plans to build a larger-scale cellulosic ethanol facility in Manitoba. When contacted by OBJ, co-owner Iogen declined to comment on how many of the positions were local. A press release stated the company will continue to employ 110 in Ottawa, which is the company's headquarters and demonstration facility.
