The Women's Healthy Environments Network (WHEN) is currently seeking submissions for the Fall 2013 Issue of its new publication, the WHEN CONNECTION Ezine.
Deadline: Monday, September 2nd, 2013
Topic: Electromagnetic Radiation & Wireless Waves
This issue will focus on Electromagnetic Radiation & Wireless Waves and seeks submissions that contribute to a greater awareness of the health risks related to electromagnetic radiation and the “wireless revolution”.
Possible topics include, but are not limited to:
wireless electronic devices and human health, laptops and mobile devices, the hazards of WiFi internet connections, cell phone towers/masts, electromagnetic frequency (EMF) protection, smart meters, etc.
Paper submissions can be up to 7 pages (double-spaced), while videos should run no longer than 3 minutes. The following types of submissions will also be accepted:
- Recipes
- Editorials
- Photography
- Artwork
- Poetry
- Essays
- Short stories
- Problem/solution articles
- Environmental education pieces
- Sustainable fashion or product reviews
Deadline: Draft submissions due by Monday, September 2nd, 2013.
Final submissions (after editorial revisions) due by Monday, September 23rd, 2013.
